About Afro:Baile Records

Established in 2006, Afro:Baile was created by Arizona DJ & long time World Music enthusiast Miguel Ivery (aka DJ Seduce). Afro:Baile’s primary focus is discovering today’s new talented artists, bands and DJs from across Brazil while introducing a new type of music series called Brazil:Sambossica, a feature style of Brazilian music that brings together Samba, Bossa Nova and Electronica for a Modern take on today’s new meets old Brazilian music styles. The label also continues to introduce and feature select artists’ albums and releases on both CD and vinyl.
